From there and from the homes along the river, you have a great view of Nuremberg's landscape of water and bridges, whose beauty and variety are worth a look.
One of my great passions is cooking: I like to do it well and at a gourmet level. This love developed in my early days - I first cooked ketchup in my own kitchen! Thanks to my father, I am a member of a club for men who enjoy cooking - and that in the second generation. The Turmchuchi Nuremberg is the oldest active cooking club in Nuremberg. The third generation is already at the starting line, because my two-year-old son already loves to cook too.
Together with my wife I have been running the art & business hotel in Nuremberg for more than 10 years. As hosts, we place great value on personal contact and staying true to the region. For example, our guests can try the best wines accompanied by cheese specialties from the region. For breakfast, we offer homemade treats from local products, like our own marmalade, freshly baked gluten-free bread or different types of fruit yogurt. A special highlight is our own salami, imported from Tuscany. But you should make your own impression of the variety on our breakfast buffet.
I was born and grew up near the Old Town of Nuremberg. Today I live within the city wall, which gives me a special relationship to the historical core of Nuremberg and its one-of-a-kind flair. I'd love to share some of these wonderful places with you!

A little piece of Italian gusto in Nuremberg's Kreuzgassenviertel. They always have delicious meats and cheeses direct from Italy. Enjoy with a glass of prosecco served in a red wine glass, making it taste even better.
