If you're in the mood for an interplay of excitement, anticipation and surprise, the pretty little Ice Cream Bar is just the place for you. The ice cream parlor is located in the middle of the Augustinerhof and its brightly colored design will not only make children's eyes light up.

All ice cream creations (cream ice cream and sorbets with different toppings or ice pops on a stick) are produced in the "open ice cream lab" in the back of the Ice Cream Bar and you can also watch the team bake and roll the homemade ice cream wafers.

The candy team attaches particular importance to "really good ingredients". That means: regional, seasonal and high-quality raw materials. No matter whether for the ice cream, the waffles or toppings. The ice cream varieties change regularly with the season or according to the mood of the team. In winter, the assortment is supplemented by hot waffles and crêpes.
