The Franconian restaurant, located in a historic spot directly on Nuremberg's main market square (with a view of the beautiful fountain), celebrates the region's epicurean artisans.

The motto: Eat what's on the table. And what that is depends entirely on the season or the respective available products of the regional producers & suppliers.

The restaurant is known for its unique "Gudzerla" (Franconian tapas), which can be combined as the mood takes you. There is also a seasonal daily/weekly menu with the best available products, classic roasts and traditional Franconian dishes as well as partly forgotten Franconian classics interpreted in a modern way. In addition, there are Franconian wines and changing guest beers from the region. The recipe of the in-house beer "Freidla" was developed together with the Nuremberg hop merchant Barth-Haas.
