If you're in the mood for real French savoir-vivre flair, Brasserie NITZ is just the place for you. The restaurant is located in the back of the Augustinerhof, directly on the Pegnitz River.

Chef Henri Diagne is a true Frenchman and has already spoiled guests with his wealth of ideas in Munich's "Königshof" (2 stars) as well as in "l'impertinent" (1 star) in Biarritz. As head chef at the NITZ, he brings the French way of life to Nuremberg in an authentic and creative way.

The menu includes classics such as boeuf bourguignon, steak frites, fruits de mer and bouillabaisse, but guests are also delighted by internationally inspired dishes. Just slurp down a few oysters without taking off right away? Mais oui!

In the evening, the "longest bar in town" tempts guests with high-quality long drinks, cocktails and special in-house creations.
