In the "Entenstuben" run by Fabian Denninger, you can expect light but skilled cooking. Only the best seasonal products from the region are used. This was rewarded 2016 with a Michelin-Star. Gault-Millau awarded the restaurant with two black toques. In 2024, Feinschmecker magazine named the restaurant one of the best 500 restaurants in Germany and awarded it 3 out of 5 points for excellent cuisine, very good service as well as remarkable ambience and comfort.
