This country-wide information and ranking system "Travel for All" allows our guests to evaluate on their own if our offers meet their requirements. Guests can research the usability and experience of our touristic offerings using reliable and detailed information and chose and book offerings which meet their requirements before they arrive. The information system "Reisen für Alle" is based on extensive criteria to assure high cross-industry quality standards.
Through certification, the issue is not if all offers are completely barrier-free – more important is reliable information about what is actually available.
Everyone can profit from this: Those with handicaps, seniors and families with prams or buggies and anyone with luggage.
We have placed information about all certified organizations in on this site.
An overview of all certified organizations and the option to filter them by various criteria can be found in the databank "Travel for All".

Redesign of Lorenzer Passage – Limited Accessibility to the Old Town
Notice for Mobility-Impaired Individuals
Due to construction work, access from Königsstraße via the ramp (toward Museumsbrücke) is closed. As a result, the entrances and exits of the Lorenzkirche subway station are not barrier-free outside of Galeria's opening hours, since the elevator only connects the subway platform level with the Lorenzer Passage.
We would like to inform our passengers with mobility impairments that for safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited for wheelchair users, individuals with walkers, and parents with strollers to use the escalators.
We recommend that mobility-impaired individuals use the Hauptbahnhof or Weißer Turm subway stations and their elevators to reach their destination from there.
Anyone who is unable to make their way independently due to a physical limitation will be provided with a free taxi ride under VAG's service commitment. In this case, passengers coming from Langwasser or Fürth are asked to exit at the Weißer Turm subway station and call our service hotline at 0911 283-4646 to order a taxi. The taxi will pick them up near Weißer Turm on Dr.-Kurt-Schumacher-Straße and take them to the roundabout at Lorenzer Platz near Lorenzkirche. The reverse route is also available: passengers who cannot access the subway without an elevator will be picked up at the Lorenzer Platz roundabout and taken to the Weißer Turm subway station.
The Lorenzkirche subway station itself cannot be directly accessed by taxi, as it is located in the pedestrian zone.
