Ingredients (for 5 - 7 dumplings):
- 5 day-old pretzels
- 250 g whipping cream or milk
- 25g parsley
- 25g chives
- 25g onions
- 1-2 eggs
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
Preparation:
Cut the day-old pretzels into small chunks. Warm the whipping cream or milk and mix it with the pretzels and other ingredients. From dumplings (large or small) out of the pretzel mass. Cook them in boiling water for ca. 15 - 20 min.
