The popular macarons made from almond flour are now available in a wide variety of flavors all over the world. How are they made? Not so easy. In this workshop, we'll show you how to make these sweet little sins at home.
What you can expect:
In this 3-hour workshop, our workshop leader Hanna will show you how to make both the crispy macaron shell and the creamy filling (ganache). You will learn what is important when making macarons correctly and receive lots of tips and tricks for baking at home. Of course, you'll also be able to make your own macarons and take your wonderful creations home with you afterwards.
After work, the pleasure: A glass of Prosecco, canapés and a small, delicious tasting surprise from our current range as a sparkling-sweet finale.
