Sauces are the most important part of the kitchen. The saucier is the enlightened chemist, the creative genius and the cornerstone of fine cuisine.” Auguste Escoffier already taught us this cornerstone of cuisine (Guide to the Art of Cookery, † 1935).

Today, we still draw inspiration from it and create our interpretation by making this component the basis of our dishes. Simple. Reduced. Tisane.

Come and join us behind the kitchen counter in our cooking courses, look over our shoulders and lend a hand. Michelin-starred chef René Stein will show you up close how he prepares his sauces, develops new sauces and some barbecue techniques, which we will integrate into a 5-course menu and enjoy together.

Aperitif and water are included, other drinks can be selected on site to match the menu.
