At the Paradies Revue Theater, southern Germany’s only transvestite theater, glamour and glitter are at home. Daring, bizarre, sentimental, witty and always spiced with a shot of eroticism, artists from all over the world present a nostalgic tribute to the greats of revue and chanson. Each month the program features a new transvestite show. The theater, which was opened in 1978, has also hosted the stars of the scene such as Elke Winter or Olivia Jones.

Charming and elegant transvestite shows with a shot of eroticism

Live singers, parodies, comedy and erotic shows for women and men transport the audience to the glamorous world of revue. A coquettish wink, a lascivious movement, interesting anecdotes and songs with double meanings –all packed in elegant costumes with tinsel and feathers – there’s hardly a more charming way to escape the daily grind.

The performances must "come from the heart ", said the Paradies Revue Theater’s long-standing manager Patric Dupont, who unfortunately died in April 2016. For more than 20 years – with his love of perfectly choreographed, extraordinary transvestite shows – he created an unforgettable atmosphere in the second-oldest transvestite theater in Germany. But, even after his death, the theater - located just behind Nuremberg’s main train station – will contain to enchant its guests with great shows which give them a delightful evening.
