The Michaelis Kirchweih is over 900 years old and the biggest fair in the south of Germany.

The Fürther Michaelis Kirchweih enjoys growing popularity year by year. The area is over 55.000 m² and attracts about 1.5 million visitors into the city. The tradition and the history, located in the heart of Fürth and the mix of market and fair complete the charm of this street festival. A highlight is the traditional colourful harvest festival procession.
