At the casual fine dining restaurant Imperial, the focus is on Franconian produce and flavours, interpreted in a modern and creative way. Michi Seitz and his team serve cuisine that moves around the world, but always takes the region and season into account.
The restaurant presents three different menus that offer the perfect choice for every taste and occasion. The dishes impress with high-quality products and intense flavours. In the menu Dinner Mood - pure happiness (five or seven courses), the first three dishes are always vegetarian. However, if you prefer, you can order an "add-on" consisting of meat or fish components. A fish and a meat course round off the menu before dessert.

The Celebration Mood menu is ideal for all curious gourmets who enjoy eating in a group. Available to order for groups of four or more, the menu offers three Celebration rounds with a total of 16 fine dining highlights to share at the table.

The Glamour Mood - Simply the Best menu is recommended for those who want to fully indulge in an evening of indulgence. Alexander Herrmann has combined only the best products in this menu. Under the motto "Steak & Lobster", the Imperial team serves the main course in two courses - the highlight is the second part, in which grilled Black Angus rib eye steak with flambéed Canadian lobster tail and various side dishes are presented on a large platter in the centre of the table. This opulent menu ends with a sorbet.

The Restaurant has been awarded with one black bonnet by Gault-Millau. In 2024, Feinschmecker magazine named the restaurant one of the best 500 restaurants in Germany and awarded it 3 out of 5 points for excellent cuisine, very good service as well as remarkable ambience and comfort.
