UNLIKE ALMOST ANY OTHERFOOD, it combines the past and present, myth and reality. Its length of only 7 to 9 cm and weight of 20 to 25 g offer ample food for speculation.

In the Nuremberg Bratwurst Museum immerse yourself in the myths and legends of arguably the smallest and most well-known bratwurst, and solve a few mysteries along the way. On this journey through time, you will learn about the different serving traditions ("six on sauerkraut") and their significance in connection with the historical Nuremberg bratwurstkitchen, the "Bratwurstglöcklein". You will also gain insights into the artisan production of an authentic Nuremberg bratwurst.
