In Nuremberg this naturally includes the picturesque Craftsmen's Courtyard with its charming small half-timbered houses. But you can also buy reasonably priced souvenires, jewelry, gifts, arts and crafts, paintings and much more in other shops in the Nuremberg Old Town, in Fürth and in Erlangen.
Where can you get the Nürnberg Card?
- Before arrival when booking your hotel or your package tour with one of the four Tourism organizations
- On arrival in one of the Tourist Information Offices
- After arrival in many hotels in Nuremberg, Fuerth, Erlangen and Schwabach, but also at the Knaus camp site at the Dutzendteich Lake in Nuremberg.
- When booking a cities tour program, e.g. with DERTOUR, incl. arrival by train and overnight accommodation.
Who gets the Nürnberg Card?
Any visitor who spends at least one night in Nuremberg, Fuerth, Erlangen or Schwabach. If you have booked at least one night's accommodation in a hotel or at the Nuremberg camp site in one of the four cities, you can purchase the Nuremberg Card and simply say "Open Sesame" for two successive days of endless enjoyment in all four cities.
Please Note:
The Nuremberg Card is completely free for children up to the age of 12 when they are accompanied by an adult who bought a Nürnberg Card.
Cheaper at theatres or cinemas
Seven theaters, ranging from children's theater to cabaret to travesty revues, offer attractive 10 to 20 percent discounts. Europe's largest IMAX cinema in the CineCittà Nuremberg offers the most current films - and lowers the entrance price by 1,- €. An unbeatable experience.
