The Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra was established in 1946 from the former "Fränkisches Landesorchester e.V." and is today the leading concert orchestra in Nuremberg. Each year the orchestra performs approx one hundred concerts with the very clear goal to reach the widest possible audience with a socially relevant program.
