Arrival by Ship
More and more visitors are travelling to Nuremberg by cruise ship on the Main-Danube canal. You too can be one of the over 50,000 passengers who visit our city by cruise ship each year. Below is the important transfer information between the Port and the City Centre:

Port / Landing Stage Connections
City bus no. 67 takes you from the bus stop Rotterdamer Straße (approx. 400m walk) to the Frankenstraße underground station in approx. 17 minutes. Here you transfer to the subway line U1 and after four stations you will find yourself at the Lorenzkirche station in the heart of Nuremberg’s Old Town.

- Adult fare: single ticket € 2,40
- Child fare: single ticket € 1,10
- Family / day ticket: € 8,- for 2 adults and up to 4 children up to 17 years
TAXI
In normal traffic you can reach the Nuremberg Old Town in ca. 15 minutes by taxi.
A trip costs about 17,- €.
